Highlights
Cattle Egret, 3 were on the Nene Washes, especially the High Wash
Little Tern, 2 were at Ferry Meadows
Dotterel, a trip of 10 was near Turves
Black Tern, several were seen including N at Ferry Meadows
Whinchat, a female was at Blackbush and a male was near Turves
Temminck's Stint, one was at Maxey pits
Other scarce waders included Spotted Redshank, Wood Sandpipers, Whimbrel, Curlew and Turnstones
A Gannet flew NW over Peterborough on 15.5.09
